1. Use of Our Services

BikalAI provides AI-generated UGC-style video creatives and related strategy for apps, SaaS products, websites, and other digital tools. By using our site or purchasing an offer, you agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with these Terms & Conditions.

2. No Guaranteed Results

We focus on creating high-converting creatives, but marketing performance depends on many external factors (offer, product, funnel, traffic quality, budget, etc.). We do not guarantee any specific results, revenue, or performance unless explicitly stated in writing for a given offer.

3. Payments

Unless stated otherwise on the offer page, payment for creative packages is due upfront and is charged as a one-time fee per package. Prices and inclusions are shown on the relevant landing page at the time of purchase.

4. Refunds and Performance Guarantees

Certain offers (such as 3 AI UGC ads in 24 hours) may include a performance-backed refund guarantee as described on the landing page. That guarantee applies only to the specific offer where it is mentioned and is subject to the following conditions:

• You must request the refund within the timeframe stated on the offer page.
• You agree to use the creatives in good faith (no intentional misuse or lack of launch).
• We may reasonably ask for basic performance context (for example, how you ran the ads) to improve our work and prevent abuse.
• The guarantee is intended for honest buyers and may be limited to one refund per client or business if we detect abusive patterns.

Outside of clearly advertised guarantees, all payments are generally non-refundable. Where an offer states that you may keep the creatives even after a refund, that promise applies as written, but we reserve the right to refuse or revoke guarantees in cases of fraud, chargeback abuse, or clear bad-faith behavior.

5. Intellectual Property and Usage Rights

Unless stated otherwise, BikalAI retains ownership of its brand, website content, internal processes, and underlying tools. For creatives you purchase, you receive a commercial license to use them for your own advertising and marketing channels as described on the offer page. You may not resell our work as a stand-alone creative service or claim it as your own production studio.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our creatives or services in connection with illegal, hateful, or harmful content, or in violation of any applicable advertising policies or regulations.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BikalAI will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. When we do, we will update the Last updated date if present and, where appropriate, highlight material changes. Continued use of the site after changes go into effect means you accept the revised terms.
